The repair price estimate includes both replacement parts, diagnosis fee and labor fee
Yes, all repairs carry a 90-day parts and labor warranty which means if you have any issues related to the repair within 90 days, we will take care of it free of charge!
While there’s always someone who can fix your device for cheap, beware of prices that seem too good to be true. A cheap repair from the other guys often involves subpar replacement parts, further damaged devices, and more repairs needed in the long run.

Yes, you can. Cost is based on the labor at hand
Yes, but not recommended, most of our customers confused to express the real problem, please do visit our laptop repair store, we give quotation and charge and full diagnosis.
If we can’t fix it, you pay for diagnosis only.
Glad you asked, we do provide 90 days warranty on all our spare parts that we use to fix your device(s). We also offer pickup/delivery when you choose to repair your device(s) with us

We may not have your unique problem listed on our site, but rest assured that we are up to the task. Desktops can have countless problems to fix, so we may not have a page dedicated to it but we can typically fix any and all computer problems.
If you visit our walk-in center most repairs are undertaken within 40min- 1hour, for more complex repairs a maximum of 24 – 48 hours subject to parts availability.
We only use 100% genuine parts where possible. If original parts are not available, we will source the next best thing OEM parts from the same factories that produce the parts

Data Recovery
Depending on the type of device and the issue with the data we will advise once we have diagnosed your device. Call and visit us with more details and we can give accurate estimates.

We’ll take care of you, pure and simple. If any of our technicians break something during the repair, we’ll take complete responsibility and fix the problem or buy you a replacement device.

Depending on the location and other unique factors, we will advise of rider or courier charges applicable.
Mail in Repairs/Courier Services (Areas Outside Nairobi)
Typically, most sent-in repairs are completed within 24 hours. If you need your item sent back in a faster manner, let our staff know and we will be able to send your item back to you by priority shipping with an extra cost.
Our repair center is Bihii Towers 12th Floor Suite, Moi Avenue Nairobi the same as our delivery address.
Smartphone/iPhone Repair
Remove your battery from the water. If possible, remove the battery and leave it to dry. Next, bring your device to Inceptial Systems for diagnosis and repair
Yes, we do. If there is a pass code on the phone it hinders our ability to test all the functions of the device. Please provide your pass code with the device when you send it in for repair. If you do not wish to provide your pass code, certain device functions including but not limited to; the camera, WIFI and Bluetooth cannot be tested and cannot be guaranteed.

No. You don’t have to send your simcard or memory card.
We endeavor to keep all information intact, unless it is necessary to remove as a part of the repair. These repairs usually include software problems or liquid damage. If your data is particularly important, please do let us know when you send in your mobile phone
